1.Price Fluctuations
All purchases made during Kanto TCG Tours are from independent third-party retailers. Kanto TCG Tours acts solely as a guide and sourcing advisor. We are not responsible for price changes or fluctuations that may occur before, during, or after your tour. Retail prices are set by each individual store and are subject to change without notice. Any pricing information provided by your guide is for reference purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of final purchase price.
2.Card Grading Results
Any card condition opinions or assessments provided by your guide during the tour are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of grading outcomes. Kanto TCG Tours assumes no responsibility for grades received from PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other third-party grading service. Grading results are determined solely by the respective grading company and are outside our control. Participants acknowledge that grading is inherently subjective and that guide assessments are best-effort professional opinions, not guarantees.
3.Budget Spending
Kanto TCG Tours will make best efforts to help participants spend their stated budget on good-value products. However, there is no guarantee that the full budget will be spent during the tour. If products available at visited retailers are deemed overpriced or poor value by your guide, the guide may advise against purchasing. No fees, surcharges, or penalties will be applied to any unused portion of your budget. Purchasing decisions ultimately rest with the participant.
4.Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in Kanto TCG Tours is at the participant's own risk. Kanto TCG Tours, its guides, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, personal losses, theft, or claims of any kind arising from or related to tour participation. This includes, but is not limited to, risks associated with transportation, walking, navigating public spaces, and activities at any retail or commercial location visited during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own personal safety, belongings, and well-being at all times.
5.No-Show & Cancellation Policy
A 30-minute grace period is provided from the stated meeting time at the designated meeting location. If the participant does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time AND has not made contact via the primary communication channel specified in the booking confirmation email, the tour will be deemed canceled. No refund will be issued for no-shows. The 20% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend.
6.Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking with Kanto TCG Tours, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance of these terms is timestamped and recorded electronically at the time of booking. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply to that booking.
